How to redeem by entering your code

Redeem on the website first. Only sign in to Steam when the page says it is your turn.

   Open the redeem page

   Open the redeem page sent by the seller.

   Enter or paste your single-use code

   In "Your code", enter the 12 characters received with your purchase, with or without dashes, and click "Redeem code".

   Wait for your turn

   If another buyer is signing in to the same account, the page asks you to wait a few seconds. Do not sign in to Steam before the page lets you.

   Sign in to the Steam account

   When the page says "Sign in to Steam now", use the login and password received from the seller and check "Remember me". Steam will ask for the verification code.

   Copy the Steam Guard code and enter it in Steam

   The 5-character code shows up on the redeem page within a few seconds. Enter it on the Steam screen and confirm as soon as it appears.
